Submit Security Deposit
Your security deposit is due within 24 hours of approval. The apartment is not reserved until the deposit is received. Once submitted, let us know so we can verify it and take down the ads.
Sign Your Lease in RentRedi
Complete your lease agreement in the RentRedi app. You'll need to upload a clear photo of your face and your valid ID/license.
Set Up Electric (If Applicable)
Call National Grid to transfer the electric into your name. If electric is included in your rent, you can skip this step.
Renters Insurance (Dog Owners)
If you have a dog, you must obtain renters insurance listing "DL 181 LLC" as additionally insured before move-in. This is available through RentRedi or any provider of your choice. If using another provider, please attach the policy to your RentRedi profile.
Pick Up Your Keys
Once the current tenant has moved out and the unit is ready, we'll contact you to schedule a time to pick up your keys.
Setting Up Electric
If electric is not included in your rent, you'll need to contact National Grid to transfer service into your name before move-in.
Renters Insurance for Dog Owners
If you have a dog, you are required to carry renters insurance before move-in. Your policy must list our business as additionally insured:

Please send proof of insurance to management before your move-in date.
Don't Forget
Please let us know once your security deposit has been submitted so we can verify it and remove the listing. The apartment is not reserved until the deposit is confirmed.
